***---***Friday'sFeast-2***---***

Appetizer
Have you ever changed a flat tire by yourself?

No. And to be honest, I don't know if I could. So I hope this will never happen. Not if I'm alone in the car!

Soup
Do you have an "innie" or an "outie" belly button?

I have an "innie".

Salad
Name a new paint color and describe it.

Pinksprinkleblue. A mix of my favourite colours. Pink and blue.

Main Course
What is your favorite holiday tradition?

Uh, I can't name one. I have a lot.

1. Decorating the tree.
I really enjoy that. When I was a little girl my parents bought me a little tree for myself every year coz I wanted to decorate the tree. At home this was my daddy's job to decorate the tree. Every year. It still is. So I really enjoyed last year when Mr. C and I bought our first "own" Christmas tree. And I can't wait for this year.

2. Preparing the turkey.
This is my job. Allthough it's a lot work I enjoy it coz last year I did it for the first time ever and Mr. C loved "our" turkey. *yummy*

3. Having some days off

4. Celebrating Birthday
As I told you yesterday my b-day is on 23rd (one day before "our" christmas) and Mr. C's birthday is on 26. Maybe now you can guess his name??? =)

5. Giving and getting Gifts to my beloved one
That reminds me that I haven't any gifts yet. I have to tinker a lot to get all presents ready for christmas! I prefer to make "selfmade" presents. And coz we don't have a lot money, that's a good way to present everyone I want to.

Dessert
If you were a cookie, what kind of cookie would you be, and why?

The one Mr. C loves most:
"Spekulatius" - a traditional spicy (german?) christmas cookie. I don't know how it's called in English - if anyone knows please let me know.

Okay, that's all for today.
Have a nice Friday evening. And please leave a comment!

Hugs,

Great feast! I like your soup. My two favorite colors. Your main course was very filling.

I'm up too.

If it's made of palm sugar and ginger, then we have it here too and it's called "Speculaas" :)

Thanks for stopping by!

I've had those cookies...but when I was a kid, my grandmother always called them 'windmill cookies'...not because of the cookie recipe name tho....she had a windmill shaped cookie cutter!!! And they WERE delicious. At least I think that is the cookie you're talking about, I remember the name now---

Ummmmmmmmmmmm, let me guess...hubby is Chris? LOL (just a wild guess).

Have a great weekend, and thanks for the drop-by and your sweet comments.
