Yippieh yaehh!!!

Yippieyayeh!!! It works! It works! It works!!!
I've lost 4 pounds already!





(I changed the ticker from kilo to pounds coz I think some of you might not be very familiar with kilos.)

Last week's excercise was walking stairs, walking (through forrest) and gymnastics.
I loved that very much, coz it was outdoor-excercise (except gym). I think I'll do that this week again. As long as the weather is on my side. Otherwise I'll use my Stairmaster (and watch Telly along the way, hihi).
Today I did some toddler-excercise with my cutie niece. THAT was much more exhausting than one hour walking! But much more fun ;)!

Don't focus on the 23!! Focus instead on devising a fun exercise program that you want to stick with, and on gradually changing your eating habits.

If you view it as a chore, you'll give it up quickly.

It's all about changing behavior. Don't call it a diet!!!

Love the ticker! I need one. I posted on my newest weight loss journey just before WW. Check it out, if you get a chance. Sounds like you're really busy. I work at a university and we're just starting a brand new semester next week.

I would be glad to give you encouragement! I love having international cyber pals. Did you read my weight loss life story? It's been a uphill/downhill battle my whole life. I'm glad you've found Weight Watchers, because I truly believe in the program and that if you stick with it and learn its lessons, it is a part of your life from then on. You may backslide, as I have done, but you always know how to get back on track, if you want to.

My daughter has a good blog, too, and would love some new commenters and a new friend. She is Kristen in my comments - Mama's So-Called Life is what she calls her blog. Check her out, too! She doesn't need to lose weight, as you'll read in her last two episodes. Let me know what you think.

I don't know how many pounds you're trying to lose, because it's in metric! We never learned that, you know.
