I started my Weight-Watchers-Program! For today, it went really good. I kept on my plan. And I still have enough points left so that I can have a nice suppper.
The challenge will be to resist Mr. C's famous *yummy* grilled chicken...
I decided to eat just a bit of the chicken without the yummy crispy skin (is that the right word for it? sorry, I sometimes lose some english vocabulary!)... *sigh*
And with the chicken goes rice. That's only 10,5 points all toghether and I still got three and half points left.
Maybe I enjoy a small glass of wine...
Tomorrow is "Excercise Day". So please, comment like mad, coz I want to excercise for one hour. Tomorrow is walking. Next Excercise Day is Thursday, and then Saturday.
So, I'm off know to prepare my dinner (chicken is already roasting...).
