I got a "Girlfriend and Sister's Week" Email from my friend Missy
a few days ago containing some pictures. One of them totally fits my situation, so I chose it for today.
(I'm a bit frustrated coz I didn't lost much weight last week. But I knew that this point will come some day.)
So please! Give me some extra minutes for exercise!!!! ;-)

You go, Sonny! Your body will "level" off and it will take a bit more time to loase each pound from now on. Don't worry, you've got a fab routine and you can only go forward with progress!
